These terms govern your usage of ZyvexExpress logistics services and our API tracking portal.
Service Scope & Reseller Limitations
ZyvexExpress provides shipping consolidation and API management services as an authorized carrier reseller. We coordinate transit options but do not directly own carrier vehicles, aircraft, or sorting hubs. All physical package handling is subject to the terms of the assigned carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
Billing, Customs & Taxation Holds
Pricing quotes are calculated based on user-provided parameters. If actual carrier scans reveal weight discrepancies or require custom clearance duties, ZyvexExpress reserves the right to place a "Custom Duty Hold" on the package until the outstanding balance is cleared through the support ticket portal.
Prohibited Cargo Rules
Users agree not to book any prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials. ZyvexExpress complies strictly with global transportation authorities and reserves the right to report illegal shipments to carrier inspection networks immediately.
