Secure Database Infrastructure
ZyvexExpress databases run inside isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with strict row-level security (RLS) policies configured on Supabase. This ensures that tracking records, chats, and request entries can only be queried or mutated by authorized API processes.
Cryptographic Access Tokens
All client-side operations (like posting a shipment request or sending messages in active support tickets) rely on token-based authentication payloads. Critical admin panels use separate salted database credential matches, avoiding storage of raw strings.
Data Backups & Recovery
Transaction states, geocoding datasets, and support archives are subject to continuous point-in-time recovery (PITR) backups. Daily snapshots are stored in geographic redundant server hubs to ensure high availability.
